Otero County says Rural Colorado Matters too!

We matter too! That was the message coming from one table in a crowd at Rep Bri Buentello’s legislative tour recently. Otero county resident Michelle Gardner took the mic to express concern that lawmakers are moving on with concerns that have nothing to do with folks in the country. Representative Buentello answered her concern almost in agreement. And explained that it is mostly a numbers game and that most legislators come from urban areas. There will be another legislative tour coming up next month with an Otero county stop.
